To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, including network configurations and credentials.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. SwiftNet reserves the right to suspend services immediately for non-payment or violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
