Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SwiftNet's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

SwiftNet provides IT infrastructure solutions including but not limited to:

  • Firewall and switch configuration services
  • Wireless network setup and management
  • Remote and on-site technical support
  • Network monitoring and log management
  • Custom captive portal design and development
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of access credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Pay all fees in accordance with agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • GST (18%) applicable on all services

5. Service Level Agreements

Specific SLAs will be defined in AMC contracts. Standard support response times are:

  • Critical issues: 15 minutes (Premium AMC)
  • High priority: 1 hour (Standard AMC)
  • Normal priority: Same business day (Basic AMC)
  • Emergency support: Available 24×7 for AMC clients

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, including network configurations and credentials.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. SwiftNet reserves the right to suspend services immediately for non-payment or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
